Dr. Uché Blackstock is an Emergency Medicine physician and the founder of Advancing Health Equity LLC. Dr. Blackstock delivers talks and trainings on addressing unconscious bias and structural racism in healthcare. She is currently developing a racial equity culture analytic tool for healthcare workplaces.
